Shipments: Times and Methods
Delivery takes place within 24/72 working hours via Bartolini courier or similar.
The package will always be traceable through the shipping number which will be provided via email or text message, directly by the courier.
- Shipping is FREE with a spend exceeding €49.99.
- For orders lower than this amount the cost of express shipping is 4,90€.
- With a supplement of €3 you can pay conveniently on delivery (7,90€ totals).
- Shipping is always SINGLE, even for the purchase of multiple products.
Reliability:
Speed is our strong point, we work 365 days a year and orders are processed in the shortest time possible.
However, in periods of particular overload of the branches, for example December (close to the Christmas holidays) and August (close to August), as well as in some disadvantaged areas, there may be delays that are not attributable to De Caro Calzature.
